Classes
An Experiential Introduction to Natural Dreamwork
Thursdays, October 22 to November 19th, 2026
12:30 – 2:30 pm Central Time, on Zoom
Taught by Keren Vishny
Jen Sonstein Maidenberg and other Natural Dreamwork practitioners will be co-facilitators of the group work offered each session.
We will meet over Zoom for five 2-hour sessions: During the first half of class, we will meet as a community for lecture and discussion of the Natural Dreamwork approach. During the second half, participants will meet in breakout groups for deeper exploration of their dreams. Over the five-week period, each participant will have a chance to meet one-on-one with a Natural Dreamwork practitioner for an individual dream session. You may also be able to continue with your breakout group for an on-going dream circle after the course has ended.
This course offers an opportunity to:
- approach dreams as lived experiences rather than as puzzles to solve
- deepen your relationship with dreaming through experiential practices
- listen to another person’s dream with curiosity and compassion
- learn about Natural DreamworkÂ
Over time, being with dreams in this way changes how we listen to ourselves and others, and increases our capacity remain present in moments of conflict or difficulty. Self-compassion and self-trust root more deeply within us, and we develop greater access to our innate creativity.
